This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the process for returning physical goods and clarifies terms for our coaching services.

Returning Physical Goods

You may cancel your order for physical merchandise (e.g., book-related items) within 30 days without providing a reason. The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you or a designated third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.

To cancel, notify us with a clear statement of your decision via email to our contact address. We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original order, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, physical goods must:

• Be purchased within the last 30 days.

• Be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Goods unsuitable for return due to health, hygiene, or rapid deterioration (e.g., unsealed or expired items).

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Refunds require actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gift Returns

If merchandise was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value upon our receipt of the goods. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves for later delivery, we will refund the gift giver directly.

Coaching Services

Our life and business coaching services, including 1-2-1 Dreamweaver Mentoring and Business Resilience Roadmap, are digital and non-returnable. Once a coaching session is booked and conducted, payments are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.
